Thousand Island Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup tomato-based Chili sauce
1/4 cup milk
2 TBS red-wine vinegar
2 TBS sweet pickle relish
1 TBS chopped fresh parsley
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
In small bowl, whisk together ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
Note: Can be refridgerated in airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Before serving, whisk to loosen.
